The best thing I have ever done for my health and wellbeing. I sleep better and deeper and feel so much calmer and less anxious since starting accupuncture with Laura who is incredible. I always leave my session feeling renewed and completely calm.

I cannot recomment Clear Space Acupuncture enough. Laura is caring, gentle and knowledgeable. She does not turn you into a pin cushion and she thoroughly explains the treatment she has in mind. She adapts your treatment(s) according to your needs and make sure you are comfortable throughout. I felt the benefits from her care from the first session, my back pain is as good as gone.

I’ve always found Acupuncture to help for many different problems I’ve had in my life from sinusitis, infertility, and of course musculoskeletal problems.   I came to see Laura with lower back pain which proved to be cancer in my L2 vertebra. Whilst Acupuncture cannot cure cancer it has been an essential part of my treatment.   My official treatment has been significant surgery with a lot of metalwork to support my back followed by a course of radiotherapy and Laura has supported me throughout this gruelling process. The Accupuncture helps with the grief and emotions dealing with this life changing diagnosis. It has helped with reduction of inflammation and pain and associated symptoms such as fatigue, constipation, nausea and  poor sleep. Each time I arrive and unload my woes, Laura takes time to choose the right points to meet my particular needs on that day and I always feel that I have been cared for and I feel calm when I leave. I absolutely could not have coped without this support.   It is ‘me time’ and it is hugely therapeutic.

'Best thing I ever did, and I would recommend it to everyone. I was quite apprehensive about accupuncture as this was my very first session, but I thought I would give it a go. I had been suffering with chronic pain and mental health issues due to surgical complications, so I wasn't sure if it would help. The consultation I had with Laura Brinton gave me a lot of clarity and hope. She was well informed, very understanding, and patient. I felt the effects immediately, and in the following days and weeks, I finally returned to somewhat of a normal everyday life after years of physiotherapy and painkillers. I decided to try acupuncture for a cough I have had for around 4 months, which couldn’t be helped or identified as to why it was happening despite extensive tests and examination with several consultants. I decided to try acupuncture as I had come to realise that the cause was more emotional and stress-induced. Laura quickly identified which parts of the body to focus on with acupuncture and gua sha and I noticed very quick results after each treatment. After the first session, I felt more relaxed than I had in years! This holistic approach to healing has been very beneficial and Laura is very approachable, supportive and perceptive, especially in diagnosing which elements to focus on. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely come back to acupuncture again in the future!

I love acupuncture and had found it so helpful before and during my pregnancy, but I stopped going once I had my baby four years ago.  Feeling run down, and a strong sense of malaise after having Covid in January, I decided to reach out to Laura to see if acupuncture would help.  The results were fantastic.  After just one session I felt such a difference in my mood, and my mojo was back!  Laura is a brilliant acupuncturist - knowledgeable, warm, and she really cares about using her skills to make a positive difference to her client's wellbeing.
